Botanical Name: Pastinaca sativa
A delicious Parsnip with white wedge-shaped, smooth skinned roots of great quality. Canker resistant and can be grown in any soil type.

How To Grow
Sow directly in cropping position, 6mm (1/4”) deep, in rows 40cm (16”) apart. Sow thickly as germination is irregular and water well until plants are established. Thin out gradually to 20cm (8”) apart. Parsnips do best in an open, sunny position. The root flavour will improve after exposure to cool conditions. Seedlings emerge 21-28 days.
