Oriental Trumpet Lily Zambesi (season:Aug-Sep)
A cross between an Oriental and a Trumpet Lily, Zambesi features extra large, highly scented blooms. OT lilies are known for their fragrant, trumpet shaped blooms and strong stems and make excellent cut flowers.
OT Lilies, or Oriental Trumpet Hybrids, are the result of crossing Oriental lilies with Trumpet lilies in an effort to increase the colour range of the Orientals without sacrificing the fragrance. This has certainly been a success with the most stunning colours and shapes now available.
Lilies prefer a well-drained soil and some protection from strong winds. They like a full sun or part shady position and are also ideal for growing in pots or containers.
How To Grow
Plant 15cm deep, space 30cm apart in full sun or part shade.

Our bulbs are seasonally available at leading garden retailers nationwide. Spring flowering varieties are in peak season February to June, and Summer flowering varieties and produce from June to September. Please contact your nearest garden retailer for availability.
