How To Grow
Sow 5mm (1/4") deep in a shady, damp position and keep moist. Thin as necessary to 30cm (1") apart.
Mint is best grown in containers as the roots can be invasive.
Alternatively contain its spread by planting in a submerged bottomless bucket or between buried bricks.
Freeze rather than dry to store.
