Botanical Name: Iris x germanica
A tall bearded iris that does best in full sun. The upper petals are a beautiful yellow while the lower petals feature white surrounded by yellow.
Bearded Iris are one of the easiest bulbs to grow in the garden. Providing tall accents in the back of garden beds, they give a beautiful display when in flower. They are also very hardy and drought tolerant and will develop into clumps if left undisturbed.
How To Grow | An extremely hardy and eye-catching plant that is easy to grow. For best display plant in clumps in open sunny positions in the garden. An application of lime is beneficial for acid soils. When planting keep the top of the rhizome at soil surface. Lift and divide plants after two years. Plant: 2cm deep, 25cm apart in full sun |
