This Growing Tower Kit comes flat-packed and can be assembled at one, two or three tier heights to support plants up to 1.2metres tall. It features a water-well on the base which can be filled to provide your plants with constant access to water as they need it. It is an ideal growing solution for plants that love to climb and for use in small growing spaces such as in a greenhouse or on balconies.

 

This kit comes complete with Roma Tomato seeds to get you started. Roma tomatoes are a classic favourite in the vegetable garden. Sometimes called 'egg' or 'plum' tomatoes, they have a meaty flesh and very few seeds and are resistant to verticillium and fusarium wilt.

How To Grow
  1. Construct the tower using the instructions included.
  2. Fill the water-well base with 2.3 litres of water using the filling hole.
  3. Fill the planter with approximately 9 litres of soil, filling to 2cm from the top of the pot.
  4. Sprinkle your seeds evenly across the soil surface. Cover with a fien layer (5mm) of soil.
  5. Once seedlings appear, apply a half strength fertiliser every 2 weeks.
  6. Thin out by removing the smallest seedlings, leaving the strongest 1-2 plants more room to grow in the pot.
  7. Once your plants have started to grow you can raise the supports on the tower to accommodate your plants upp to 1.2 metres.
