Details

Botanical Name: Spinacia oleracea

The dark green leaves and superb taste of this quick maturing Spinach are high in vitamins and minerals. Eat the baby leaves fresh in salads as a quick and healthy alternative to lettuce. Our seed tapes are easy to use and require less thinning. Harvest the largest leaves from each plant as they mature this will encourage new leaves to develop.

We hope you enjoy these tape seeds, just another great example of seeds from Mr Fothergill’s!
