How To Grow | Sow 5cm deep into dark, damp soil spacing seeds 15cm apart. Grow in double rows 30cm apart. Keep the roots cool and weed free; a mulch of garden compost, peat or straw will help considerably. Ensure soil has been well prepared with compost and organic material. Seedlings emerge 7-10 days. Water regularly after germinating. Regular harvesting will result in increased yields. |

Important Note | Additional fertiliser is not required as legumes will produce their own nitrogen. Unlike other beans, runner beans do not self pollinate & will need help from beneficial insects.
