An excellent quality, fine flavoured dwarf bean that continues to crop over a long period. Dwarf Brown Beauty beans are particularly suited to later plantings as this is a good hot weather variety. Full of flavour and vitamins. Half-hardy annual.
Bush variety that does not require staking.

How To Grow | Sow bean seeds 25mm (1in) deep in dark, damp soil & avoid watering for a day or two afterwards. Ensure soil has been well prepared with organic compost & well rotted manure. Sow 7-10cm (3-4in) apart, allowing50cm (20in) between the rows. Plant in 3-5 metre (10-16ft) rows and remove weeds regularly. Water well during dry periods and spray flowers with a fine rmist if hot & humid weather persists. Additional fertilising is not required as legumes produce their own nitrogen.
