Daffodil Dolly Mollinger
Botanical Name: Narcissus tazetta
A Butterfly Daffodil, this pretty variety has elegant white petals and a soft orange corona in the centre. Daffodils make a fantastic Spring garden feature and cut flower.
Butterfly Daffodils are easy to grow and like the simple things in life - plenty of sun and a well-drained soil. It is a good idea to prepare your soil by digging through some well-rotted manure a few weeks prior to planting. This will improve drainage and add nutrients to the soil, giving your daffodils a good start.
Daffodils prefer a position in full sun or part shade, and well drained soil. Daffodils are easy to grow and ideal for pots and containers. Ideally, leave them in the garden bed year after year and the bulbs will multiply.
