Botanical Name: Crocus vernus
Crocus will perform best in cold climates. In mild-winter climates chill the bulbs in the refrigerator for six weeks before planting. Prefers well drained soil and the addition of an organic mulch. Suitable for part shade positions, making it ideal for planting under deciduous trees.
