Heavy cropping Primocane variety that produces an abundance of large sweet fruit in Autumn. Primocanes fruit on this season’s growth, making pruning easy as the plant is cut back to ground level in Winter.
Raspberries are a versatile fruit used to make mouthwatering jams, sauces, purees, soufflés or simply eaten fresh with cream or ice-cream. They are a suckering plant that grow best in cooler climates and prefer a rich well drained soil in a position that does not have exposure to the hot afternoon sun.

When planting create a mound of 10-15cm to assist drainage, mulch and keep well watered during growing period. Attaining a height of 2m they should be supported with a trellis or grown up against a wall. Cover roots 50cm apart in full sun. Feed plants with a complete fertilizer as fruit is forming. |
