Sensational Oriental Stir Fry

A full-flavoured, fresh stir-fry that makes the best of summer produce! Oriental cuisine has the benefit of being quick to prepare and cook, and healthy!

Ingredients List:
  • 350g lean sirloin steak
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 red chilli, finely sliced
  • 4 spring onions, sliced diagonally
  • 200g snow peas, sliced diagonally
  • 150g oyster mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 red capsicum, sliced
  • 120g baby corn, diagonally halved
  • 2 tbsps soy sauce
  • Cooked rice

Instructions:
Marinate the steak in sesame oil, garlic and ginger for 30 minutes. Stir fry 1/3 beef in hot wok sprayed with oil for 1 minute. Remove and repeat twice with remaining beef. Add vegetables and stir fry for 3 minutes. Return beef and stir fry with soy sauce for 1 minute.

Serve with rice. Makes 5 portions.
