An incredible assortment of various types of Zinnias, from simple daisies to huge pompoms. Wonderful in mixed borders or for massed display and with a dazzling range of bright colours.
When to plant: Spring and Summer How to grow: Sow 5mm (quarter-inch) deep in flowering position. Water regularly in hot dry weather and mulch beds with compost or grass clippings. Zinnias need full sun and some wind protection. Soil should be well drained and enriched with compost and organic matter as well as a little mixed fertiliser and lime. Flowers: 12 weeks after sowing
