When to plant: All year as requiredHow to grow: Our salad packs may be grown and used in several ways - as versatile as you can get! Grow successionally every 2 to 3 weeks, liberally 0.25in (0.5cm) deep in rows 4in (10cm) apart with the seeds from each sachet mixed together, or sow as seperate rows of individual varieties, either way the leaves can be picked as required when 2-3in (5-7.5cm) high for baby leaf salads. Leave the plants in situ to continue cropping (called 'cut and come again'). Plants will regrow for up to 4 cuts. Alternatively, some seed can be sown this way at traditional spacing to allow to mature, full sized plants to develop, giving you an alternative to young 'salad leaves'. Or after cropping as baby leaves a few plants can be left to mature in the normal way. Spacing as below: Rocket - 6in (15cm), Lettuce Lollo Rossa 12in (30cm), Basil Genovase 6in (15cm), Chicory Catalogna 8in (20cm), Radicchio Palla Rossa 10in (25cm).
