An excellent early variety specially bred to grow in hanging baskets and patio planters, as it does not produce runners. It provides high yields of tasty sweet fruit from compact plants and is easily grown from seed.
When to plant: Spring to early Summer How to grow: Sow from September at a minimum temperature of 15C (60F), for earliest fruits in November, or December for later fruits. Press the seeds into the compost and cover with fine perlite. Do not exclude light. Germination usually takes 4-5 weeks. Prick out into smaller pots and transfer to the final position. Harvest 5-6 weeks from flowering to ripe fruit. Harvest: Summer the year after sowing
