A dual purpose vegetable - harvest for leaf and stem - celery flavoured stalks and spinach like leaves. Easy to produce, requiring little maintenance, it has a long cropping period. Certified 100% organic seeds.
When to plant: Spring through to Autumn
How to grow: Drop a few seeds every 40cm (16in) in rows 12mm (half-inch) deep and 30cm (1ft) apart. Thin out to one plant every 40cm (16in). Keep well watered. Harvest: 8-12 weeks
