Easy to grow 'crumpled tissue paper' double blooms in shades of pink, red and white will enhance any garden border. Annual, flowering the same year. Prefers a well drained soil and sunny position.
When to plant: Late Summer and Autumn
How to grow: Sow 3mm (eighth-inch) deep in seed boxes. Lightly cover the seed and keep moist. Prick out when large enough to handle, and plant 20-30cm (10in) apart. Will flower for many months if dead heads are removed regularly. Flowers:
