Pak Choi 'Chinese Greens' F1

A type of Celery Mustard producing succulent, tender, crisp white stems, excellent raw in salads but also as a braised vegetable.

When to plant: All year round as required
How to grow: Sow 0.5in (1.5cm) deep in rows 12in (30cm) apart. Thin to 8in (20cm) apart. Earlier sowings may bolt (run to seed). Keep well watered in dry weather.
