Organic seed for delicious cress that makes a very tasty addition to salads and sandwiches or as a garnish. It is very easy to grow and every kitchen should have some on hand to liven up all types of meals!
When to plant: All year round. How to grow: Sow seeds indoors or outdoors at any time, indoors onto moist cotton, paper tissues or a layer of seed-raising mix. Cover with a sheet of moist paper until seedlings emerge. Keep moist. To sow outdoors, sprinkle seed onto seed-raising mix or fine soil and keep moist. Harvest the seedlings as needed or thin out and grow on to larger plants. Cut with scissors when 5-10cm (2-4in) high. Harvest: As required.
