Returns And ComplaintsComplaints ProcedureWe will endeavour at all times to give you the best possible product and service. However, if you have a complaint, you should either contact Customer Service or use the form on the back of the despatch note which you will find with the goods you have ordered. We will aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days (from receipt at our premises). You may request an update on the status of your complaint at any time. Returns PolicyWhat to do if the items you receive are not up to standard: Please contact us by email or telephone and we will replace the affected items or supply a credit note to be used against future purchases. You have the option of a full refund if you inform us the goods are faulty within a reasonable time (30 days or less). In addition, there is a form on the back of the despatch note which you'll find in the parcel. Simply fill the form in and mail it to the address enclosed to detail any issues, queries or problems with the goods. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected. Cancelling An OrderYou may cancel your order up to 7 days after receipt of the goods, commencing on the day after you have received the goods. To cancel an order for seeds or sundries, please contact us. We will refund the money due within 30 days of cancellation. You may be asked to return the goods at your own expense, for which you will be reimbursed. We may deduct the cost of collecting the goods from the refund if you do not return the goods when requested. Please do not send us any goods unless we specifically ask you to.
