Our seed is tested to the highest standards in our own laboratory and only that which comes up to standard is used. Most seed is packed in hermetically sealed foil sachets to maintain a high level of freshness.

We don't treat any of our seeds with chemicals, unlike other Australian seed brands, which means you can be assured that your produce is as clean as possible right from the start.

Five Steps We Implement To Ensure Excellent Product Quality

1. Seed is procured only from quality, trusted suppliers from the best breeding houses across the world. New varieties are trialed at our purpose-built trial grounds. This ensures that varieties are thoroughly tested in actual growing conditions before even being released.
2. Once approved for sale, seed stocks are stored in a temperature and humidity controlled facility. Every batch of seed is germination-tested three times before sale and must pass standards provided by the International Seed Testing Association.
3. Packed seed is stamped for a maximum of three years, meaning you will never buy seed that is too old or should have been taken off sale. In actual fact, the seed you buy in stores and online will be the freshest seed available.
4. The unique foil packaging ensures that seeds last the longest possible. Packing them this way forces the seeds' natural life processes to slow right down, and maintains harvest-freshness for many years.
5. Our 'No Quibble' guarantee provides the peace-of-mind to know that, even if your seeds don't grow properly for whatever reason, you can have a replacement quickly and easily.

None of our seed is genetically modified.

If you are unhappy with any product, please contact us for either a replacement or refund as appropriate. Our seeds are intended for use by private gardeners and not for commercial use.
