This flower has an exotic look with lovely double flowers in a wide range of colours. It can be used in the border and for bedding. An unusual plant for the conservatory and as a cut flower. A half hardy perennial best grown as a half hardy annual it will grow in any well-drained soil wither in a sunny or partially shaded position.
When to plant: Spring through Autumn How to grow: Sow 5mm (quarter-inch) deep. Thin out to 20cm (9in) apart. Alternatively, plants can be raised in seed boxes or punnets in early Spring and transplanted to garden after all danger of frosts has passed. Prepare soil well and keep moist. Flowers: 10-12 week from sowing
