Large double blooms with long 'feathery' recurving petals. The long lasting flowers are borne on tall base-branching stems and make ideal cut flowers.
When to plant: Early Spring to mid Summer How to grow: Sow 0.5in (1cm) deep in the flowering position. Keep moist until properly established. Thin the plants out to 18in (45cm) apart. Remove dead flowers to prolong blooming and provide support.
Seeds can also be sown 0.25in (0.5cm) deep in trays of compost and maintain at 15-20C (60-65F). Keep the seedlings moist. Prick the plants out to further seed trays and plant in October after hardening them off. Remove dead flowers to prolong blooming and provide support for the heavy flowerheads. Flowers: Late Spring to late Autumn
